Application: Derby ديربي, the mobile trivia app provided by the Company.

- When you register or sign in using Google or Apple

- Automatically when using the app (e.g. device info, crash logs)

- To enable login and authentication
- To show ads (via AdMob)
- To provide and manage your account and progress
- To offer and manage in-app purchases (via RevenueCat)
- To improve performance and security
Third-Party Services
We use the following services which may collect or process user data as part of their operations:
- Firebase Authentication – for login and user management
- AdMob – for displaying ads and generating revenue
- RevenueCat – for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In – for authentication
We recommend you review their respective privacy policies as we do not control how they handle data.
Data Retention
If a user deletes their account, we retain their data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
Children’s Privacy
Derby is available for all users, including children under 13. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request corrections or deletion
- Delete your account via the app or via a request to our support team

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
