End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Derby for the use of the Derby mobile application. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

Derby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the app.
• You may not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to alter any part of the app.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and content in the app are the sole property of Derby and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Updates & Support

We may release updates to the app from time to time, but we are not obligated to provide ongoing technical support or future updates.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app from all of your devices.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or specific results from using the app.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent Jordanian courts.
